If we visit and enjoy shopping as usual on the Mercat de Vinaròs, perhaps not even notice sensory richness they bring their fruit and vegetable stalls, located in the central area of the ship. However, as we have seen people coming for the first time in our Mercat are surprised by the facility layout, well presented what we see fruits and vegetables, the wide range and quality we found. Also, as added values¿¿, proximity and direct contact with vendors who give us, are another attraction. With such attributes, it was clear that the tast of Territori devoted to fruits and vegetables Vinaròs Mercat, held on Wednesday, 12, was to be a success.
The tasting began with the intervention of the owners of the establishments, which explained the wide variety of fruit and verduda products we can find in the Mercat and their healthy properties. Also explain how it has transformed the Mercat and how it faced the difficult challenge of remodeling. No lack of references to family history of the vendors themselves, who already had many decades to stop at the market. Another issue that moved the audience was the importance of the lunar calendar in the process of planting and harvesting of fruits and vegetables.
As tasting, attendees tasted salad skewer two fruit skewers dipped in chocolate CREO and fruit juice.
The next Tast of Territori will take place on July 12 and will be dedicated to beer Badum, manufactured from artichoke. From the departments of Tourism and Commerce supports this initiative, organized by Look What Bo, linking the dining experiences with commercial revitalization.
