Mantis Shrimp Cookery Conferences

The Mantis Shrimp Cookery Conferences have been organized since 2009 and take place between March and April. These conferences are a great tourist and gastronomic attraction held around Easter time, coinciding with the time of greatest captures and quality of the mantis shrimp in the Mediterranean area. The mantis shrimp has become a highly valued delicacy in recent years, not only for chefs, experts in Mediterranean products, but also for customers of the restaurants in the area. During Mantis Shrimp Cooking Conferences, some restaurants of Vinaròs prepare original menus in which the main ingredient is this crustacean.
