For over 18 years, the members of the Hospitality Association of Vinaròs have been holding gastronomic conferences devoted to rice every year during the month of November. As it happens during the mantis shrimp or king prawn conferences, the restaurants of Vinaròs are the main protagonists of this event. Throughout the month of November, chefs prepare special menus with rice as the main ingredient. Vinaròs is near to the Ebro Delta, one of the major rice production areas of Spain, which ensures to taste good quality rice during these conferences.
