National cooking competition applied to the Vinaròs king prawn

This competition has now been held for 20 years with the aim of encouraging new culinary trends without losing the essence of the event. The main aim of the competition is for the participants, chefs from all over Spain, to promote quality gastronomy based on local products and, above all, on the appreciated and incomparable Vinaròs Prawn.
